Elijah's Running Club is a fellowship of Hope Chapel in Hermosa Beach, California. I've been running since junior high. I've run everything from 5Ks to marathons. Running gives me a chance to get outside, run off stress, and contemplate the beauty of God's creation. Oh, yeah, and it helps ease the guilt of drinking an extra Starbucks.
